I'm going to make my own comic where Cirno gets bullied by Reimu all the time. Although ever since that adorable comic with Reimu falling for Cirno it's harder to conceive them like that. Also, I feel I could put suffering of a character in Mokou a lot, but Mokou is on the same level as Kaguya (intelligently and power-wise). Reimu can really bully Cirno because she's weaker. It fits with her bitch personality.

Hmm, they seem pretty much equal in power in fanon. Certainly no big gap between them as you would see in for example Cirno and Reimu. And Cirno constantly boasts that she's the strongest, that could trigger Reimu's bullying, maybe. But that makes it harder to empathize with Cirno's position, because it would feel as if she "brough it on to herself" by how she acts.

It would be best probably if Cirno just says that playfully but Reimu interprets it all seriously, on purpose, just so she can beat up Cirno and humiliate her. Because Reimu needs to feel superior because nobody in Gensokyo loves her.

There's this "real world" where Reimu hates Cirno and Cirno's life is made horrible by Reimu's bullying, but Cirno tries to escape to her own world, a world where she and Reimu are friends and get along with each other and Cirno has joyful days. But in the end it is only a temporary escape and reality sinks back in as Reimu once again abuses Cirno, and Cirno just wants to disappear to her world.
