Alright, /jp/ ladies -- I need some input!

My girlfriend and I have been playing through quite a few visual novels lately -- she loved some (Katawa Shoujo and Wanko to Kurasou have been her favorites so far), and she's disliked some (Fate/Stay Night, in particular). In general, she seems to enjoy simple stories (though she loves tragic things), and doesn't want to think too deeply about what she's reading.

So I was wondering what VNs appeal to the women around here.

Funny thing I know a lot of women liking FSN and Umineko, which is about as inducing to think as you can get.

Though young plain women really do seem to enjoy oneshot Ren'Ai.

Well, this might not qualify as "simple" to her, though the story was by no means that deep, but has she looked at Ever17?

Other than Planetarian and Ever17 (which is kind of stretching it) I haven't read any VNs that it sounds like she would enjoy
