Eat more. 3 meals a day regularly, 4-5 if you intend to get ripped.
Learn to enjoy fresh air.
Make running, biking or swimming a daily habit at best, 2-3 times weekly at worst.
Get some gym time when you feel ready.
Don't bother with supplements unless you work out extremely hard and are absolutely sure you've peaked out with your regular diet.
Never cease running.

As much as it pains me to admit, I've only had time for regular cardio for the last month or so.
Currently occupied for 10-12 hours daily after school forcibly recruited me into a software project with way too much money at stake (for the school) to screw up. Hopefully getting out of before it's time to bring out the skis.
