I understand why this show is called 1 Litre of Tears - it's how much you fucking BAWWW like a bitch while watching it! This emotional roller coaster is making me rage one minute and tear up like a baby the next.

Got a few questions though - why isn't this girl's school equipped for handicapped people?? I've never, ever attended or even seen a school that wasn't handicapped accessible in the United States, and I went to 3 different elem schools, 3 diff middle schools, and 2 different high schools. All wheelchair/handicapped accessible.

Does the Japanese school system just hate wheelchair ridden people or something?

Dunno bout Japan, but here(eastern Europe) only schools intended for handicapped people are properly equipped - general ones aren't.

Why... why would I watch a show called 1 Liter of Tears? It's almost like they're saying "watch this, dude! You're going to cry a lot, and we know you love crying!".

That's just as bad as a comedy called "The Extremely Funny Show".

It's a wonderful Jdrama, if you like Jdramas. Makes you really think about 'What if this happened to me? Or my kids? What would I do?'

I enjoy shows that do that, but if you don't, then I could understand you not wanting to watch it. It really is well-made and acted though for a Jdrama.
