I have Faith in you, Kanako Yasaka, God of Wind and Rain.
I believe that the rain is a precious gift that allows life to flourish.
I believe that the wind is a powerful reminder of your majesty.
I fear and respect the Hurricane.
I know that you require faith to feed your power.
I hope that what faith I can give will please you and make you happy.
When it rains, I am happy because it means you are here. So it is too with the wind.
I hope that you hear my prayers to you and know that somebody here believes in you.
I am glad that you send us your gifts of wind and rain, Kanako.
You are my God.
When you respond to my prayer, it fills me with a joy I cannot describe.
It gives me faith. Faith which helps you grow.
When I ask you for rain and you grant it, I know that Gensokyo is real and that even from such a place you are able to hear me.
That knowledge is the source of the greatest happiness I have ever known. It is only because of you, Kanako, that I know that Gensokyo truly exists.
You have never once failed to answer my prayers. You have never been vague, always fulfilling my wishes exactly as I state them.
