Alright Touhou fans. Although most of you couldn't care less about Medicine, just to let the facts down:
Doll: Unknown name
Flowers: Su-san.
The flowers gave her the poison powers as suzuran are poisonous flowers.
Why would Medicine call a doll which is both unknown in origins and powers, Su-san, while the flowers are 100% known to be poisonous.

Fans say that the doll following Medicine is Su-san, the one who she says is growing stronger. Why would Medicine call a small doll Su-san, when the flowers, called SUzurans are known for their poisons? Also, wouldn't it make more sense to say that a flower field is growing stronger?

I was able to trace what little facts there are about Medicine in the game to her possible owner: Hina.

Hina is a curse goddess that collects dolls sent down a river. Hina lives near a river, fact. The Nameless Hill is near the Sanzu River, fact. The possibility that those two rivers connect, unknown, but still a possibility.

Hina has two spellcards that deal with an Exiled Doll, could be pointing to Medicine. Alice has her dolls named and grouped, so she wouldn't consider Medicine a part of her group.

Speaking of Layla Prismriver, the Tohonifun work "Understanding" is also a great doujin about her. Yes, it's part of the Yukari saga, and Chado is known for fighting, but this one is all drama and it's very good.

Hmm. Even though Chado had very grimdark Kaguya, she mostly just plays with/kills/makes fun of Mokou rather than have Mokou truly have much of a touching story in it.

How about Immortal Wings? Ironically, it's also the doujin where the "Youmu is soft~" meme comes from.
