Been playing mahjong for over 2 years and just got my second ever daisangen in the dan rooms, and my 6th ever yakuman (in the dan rooms, 7447 I don't count since all I ever do is play for fun/play ridiculously aggressive)

Anyone who isn't addicted to the abortion of the game that is 3p and plays competitively should know how happy it feels, and to top it off it was a Pao too, first time I have ever seen it.
Now that I have that out of my system, lets play some 7447!

If you are talking about offline tenhou, yes but the cpu is almost nonexistent. If you mean offline Mahjong in general there are a ton, my two favorite PC games are Saikyo no 3D Mahjong and Touhou Unreal Mahjong
