How unfit are you, /jp/? When was the last time you exercised? What was the last healthy food you ate?

>> No.6148321

>>6148306
Depends; does walking to the bathroom or kitchen count as exercise? And do frozen pizzas count as healthy food?

I never really exercise but I still look like I do. Genes can be generous.

>> No.6148339

Oh boy, another metathread. /jp/ sure is awesome today.

>> No.6148347

I exercise everyday.
Yesterday I did my pullup/chinups. Today I'm doing shoulders, or maybe legs.
I don't eat unhealthily, generally.

>> No.6148353

I used to do at least 150 pushups and 100 situps daily.

Then I stopped.

I'm much happier now that I have more free time and don't have to worry about missing a day.

>> No.6148357

Extremely underweight, terrible upper back problems
I walk for a few minutes every night
Eat tons of unhealthy garbage most of the day

I told myself i'd start eating healthy and working out multiple times and never followed up.

>> No.6148363

I'm thin rather than fat, like most of /jp/, and while I am borderline underweight I don't look like I'm starving to death.

I enjoy jogging and last did it last week. I eat varied foods, mainly home cooked, and I rarely eat fast food.

I'm not a health nut but I get by. My body is very sensitive regarding what I eat though, so I must eat properly because of that.

>> No.6148364

I exercise every day to be more appealing for my Waifu.

During the week I go weight lift at some high school when almost no one is there for some reason, and throughout the week and on the weekends I try to run at least a mile(Very fast sprinter, awful at distance running) and I try not to eat fast food, pizza etc. Aside from being awful for you and expensive, I like the taste of other food better(Pasta, Rice, Bread, and some fruit).

>> No.6148367

>>6148353
Y'know, when you can do more than 10-20 of a bodyweight exercise, doing more is pointless. You should switch to harder variations.

Beautiful chubby Miku ~

>> No.6148370

Somewhat chubby.
I run very now and then and my food isn't extremely unhealthy, but I just don't have the motivation to really lose some weight.
I just keep the weight I have now when I don't really exercise, so if I exercised more and kept eating the same amount, I guess I would lose weight.

The laziness gets the better part of me, though.

>> No.6148371

I live off crap like pot noodles.
I am borderline underweight-normal.
Last time I exercised was in P.E. class 3-4 years ago.

Pasta, rice and bread aren't healthy. They're full of shitty carbs and sugar.

Atkins is a worthless fad diet to make dumb, fat people feel good about stuffing themselves full of bacon. Don't be a tool, the food pyramid is perfect.

>> No.6148389

This is offtopic, not a metathread. A metathread is a thread talking about /jp/ or 4chan itself.

Tripfags on /jp/ sure are getting dumb these days.

Does fapping count as exercise?

I never mentioned the Atkins diet. Get your macros right. Protein is a better source of energy.

At least if you're doing a minute amount of sports, that is. Otherwise, enjoy your diminishing muscle mass.

Last exercise was... Monday. I make a point of jogging to the shop. Then I walk home with a heavy bag containing a week's worth of groceries. The joys of the hikki lifestyle.

I've got Marfan syndrome, so that comes with lots of issues. No sign of heart problems yet, but I've got macular degeneration, pectus, and sleep apnea.

I'm underweight and haven't exercised in 6 years. I eat a nice mix of absolutely shitty food and fruit.

Yeah I know, It's cheap though.Besides, it's the only stuff that doesn't make my stomach feel awful later, though this just might be because I don't eat enough. What do you recommend?

>> No.6148498

Fat and disgusting.

Rode my bike about 2 hours ago, punched my speedbag etc.

About 6 years ago I ate some tofu.

>> No.6148495

The most exercise I get is walking to the fridge and back, but I'm not fat because I don't eat much.

Take omeprazole. It's a generic for Prilosec. I take it all the time, because I have chronic stomach pain. Thought it was an ulcer, but I tested negative for H. pylori.

I was actually asking what foods would be suitable, but I will look into that.

>> No.6148517

I do some stretching exercises now and then to help get rid of muscle tension. I don't even know if it helps or if I am doing them right.
185cm and ~65kg. I couldn't get fat even if I wanted to, but I guess I'll blow up like a balloon once I hit 30.

>> No.6148519

I spend half an hour on the treadmill and another half hour training with weights and doing sit ups and watch what I eat. I try to take care of myself because health is all I have going for me.

I took a walk last night. What counts as exercise?

>> No.6148536

>>6148481
Well, I don't know what kind of lifestyle you live, but as far as rice goes, I'd avoid white rice in favor of brown rice. There's no real replacement for pasta, so whenever I feel like having some, I try not making it the main course. As for bread, I don't eat any, but anything else than white bread is better. Also, try eating some oats, they're pretty good as far as carby stuff goes.

>> No.6148573

>>6148536
Well thank you.

>> No.6148832

I eat lots of carbs and fruit, don't drink anything other than water and rice milk, only occasionally eat veggies and meats. Probably not the most healthy choice but I've lost like 30 pounds from 200 to 170 just walking everywhere eating like that. Thinking of using the weight room at my school but not sure if I want to deal with any of the people that visit it.
