Personally, I prefer dresses on my Touhous. Though I have always been partial to Mokou's design.

My point is that pants can be attractive. I would like to see all Touhous in evening gowns and frilly ornate dresses, but pants could fit some characters. Nitori, for example. A long skirt doesn't seem practical for a pseudo-mechanic.
