Actually, that's wrong. Kimmemaru is the one that hates "yukkuri shitte ne", which literally means "do it slowly" and gets localized as "take it easy". She, being based on speedy Aya, hates slowness and doesn't like being slowed down, so she tormets other yukkuri by circling them really fast while saying "Ooo, scary, scary". This puts victim yukkuri into a seisure and they go white in the eyes and foam from the mouth.

Aya types are actually sometimes well-meaning, but their very presence scares other yukkuri.

Because they are different species. Each yukkuri type is different. They don't all say "Take it easy", that's mostly just Reimu and Marisa types.

A perhaps related fact is that abuse pictures are usually almost always Reimu, Marisa, Alice, and occasionally a few others. It's hard to find, say, Sakuya being abused.

Reimu and Marisa are the original two Yukkuri, of which all the other are based, so it's natural that they don't have many bodied depictions.

Not sure why we haven't seen a bodied Alice, though.

Even that depends on who's drawing them. I've seen Sanae, Reisens, Remilias, Flandres, and many others types with and without a body at seemingly random intervals. There's not much consistency in the Yukkuri fandom, and expecting such is just asking for a headache.
