Hey /jp/. I've never even looked at this board, and had recent events occurred I never would have. But I recently took a trip to Jap land, a place I assume most of you are fond of, and figured that a thread like this would be more useful to you.

tl;dr Ask a guy who isn't a weeaboo who traveled Japan for 2 weeks anything within reason.

>> No.6131748

Bump for knowledge. Come on guys you gotta have SOME questions. Jeez.

Welcome to /jp/!

The truth is that /jp/ overreacts to accusation of weeabooism and therefore hates Japan.

As such, /jp/ discusses, in general:
1. Touhou (games, fanworks, porn)
2. Visual Novels (including dating sims and porn)
3. Pedophilia (drawn porn)
4. Things you wish you had never heard of.

Not too much. There was like this half of people who were all defensive as fuck and another half who were pretty cool. It's like that in most countries I've been to though.

Oh, and you may not know this, but you actually do not need to bump threads on /jp/. Threads are pruned by the janitor more often than they die of old age.

Nope, I didn't eat fecal matter. Thank god.

I've been to England for two weeks, but that doesn't make me some sort of expert on it. I do like my lettercutter I got from there, though. You'll have to stay for a decade or more before you start to be credible.

I'm not claiming to be an expert bro. I'm telling you what Japan was like for me, and hoped that you would enjoy my observations on things.

>> No.6131796

>>6131783
So, why don't you give us your overall impression of Japan, then? Are they as repressed/psychotic as Westerners usually imagine them to be?

>> No.6131803

>>6131783
Nobody on this board really cares at all. Especially since you claim to not be a weeaboo. What kind of good are you to us in that case!?

How many school girl prostitutes did you fuck?

>> No.6131822

>>6131796

Well, it is pretty low on talking and stuff. They go out of their way to avoid contact, even at certain stores they'll have it so that you order from outside and just get your shit quickly inside.

Before I went one of the people in charge of boarding or whatever told me how they lead the world in suicide or something like that, and the low communication may be a part of that.

Dude, ever saw those shithead tourists cruising around your city and acting retarded? Yeah...no I don't want their opinion on anything.

Where the FUCK do you see Japan in there?

Fuck off to >>>/trv/

>> No.6131835

It's funny because there were actually some of those weeaboos cruising around Japan. They got some dirty looks though. But these guys were like, ultra-fucktarded. You probably wouldn't even like them.

This thread is disgusting I hope you delete it.

Again, /jp/ has a violent reaction to anybody who might conceivably look like a weeaboo, or express any sort of interest in Japanese history, culture, or even openly enjoy manga or anime. /jp/ just enjoys various products that originate from Japan and an unhealthy social life, that's all.

I actually looked at /trv/ and it's full of douche bags who really thought they were experts on everything. Sucked pretty hard bro.

Glad I could help.

Really, though, this board is kind of screwed up. I only come here for the Touhou. It is a pretty relaxed place, though, compared to more hectic boards.
