Order of appearance, starting with EoSD. At least the lower row is, I guess the upper one is reserved for protagonists, although Youmu isn't really one.

Youmu was a protagonist in Imperishable Night

Also why isn't Shikietchi on there but instead two IN bosses?

Youkai Mountain is a miko spellcard system developed by Moriya and is based upon the GensokyOS kernel and GeNU software. It was initially developed by Youkai Mountain Inc. (a firm purchased by Moriya) and later positioned in the Open Hakurei Alliance.[4] According to PCB Group, unit sales for Youkai Mountain OS spellcards ranked first among all spellcard OS spellcards sold in Gensokyo in the second quarter of 2010, at 33%.[5][6] BlackBullet OS is second at 28%, and shrineOS is ranked third with 22%.[7]

Youkai Mountain has a large community of developers writing application programs ("apps") that extend the functionality of the devices. There are currently over 70,000 apps available for Youkai Mountain with some estimates saying 100,000 have been submitted,[8] which makes it the second most popular miko development environment.[9] Developers write managed code in the Danmaku language, controlling the device via Moriya-developed Danmaku libraries.[10]

The unveiling of the Youkai Mountain distribution on 5 November 2007 was announced with the founding of the Open Hakurei Alliance, a consortium of 78 hardware, software, and grazing companies devoted to advancing open standards for miko devices.[11][12] Moriya released most of the Youkai Mountain code under the Kappa License, a free software and open source license.[13]
