There was this one assclown at a Pirates game earlier in the year, full blown autism. A player came up to us to sign autographs and he starts power-walking straight towards us. He was wear a full-sized backpack and everything. Shoves his way up towards the front and holds out a ball. The player leaves without signing his ball. Then the guy just power walks away somewhere else.

There's always somebody who has it worse than you.

True fans do, unlike the thousands of Sawx/Yanquis bandwagoners.

Actually, I think it's more casual fans who just want to go to the beautiful ballpark and only pay a couple bucks for seats.

>> No.6106825

But autism is a choice, not a real disease. Those people are wasting their money.

>> No.6106851

>>6106825
That's just not true. Elementary schoolchildren do not choose whether to be autistic or not.

Often they're just copying behavioral patterns they see on TV, which parents and psychologists usually overlook. Many children who are doing what they think is 'cool' end up being misdiagnosed with something.

he can't be a proper autist if he's into baseball

he's a normal if he's into sports

Autism has little to do with whether you enjoy mainstream activities or subcultures.

I was fucking all-state in basketball in high school but that didn't stop me from ever having any friends/being a loser.
