I think the meaning of tsundere is getting mixed up here, guys could be tsundere too but its rare in 3D females let alone Males. Because we don't normally associate men with tsundere in anime I don't think most people realize when a guy is acting like one.

also just because a girl is a bitch that don't make here a tsundere.

for a male its much of the same, not wanting to seem like a drooling idiot and knowing that "girls only act cute to get men to do their bidding"

the dere part is a result of them being unexperienced with expressing emotions towards the opposite sex.

in other words, theres a difference between being shy/ introverted and being tsundere , anyways theres a few male tsundere in recent romance anime.
