go find non-wikipedia and non-japanese language references to touhou being popular, and your argument will stand. in order to stay on wikipedia, you need to prove something's notable. and sometimes you'll be asked to prove over and over again (basically, any time one of the autistic wiki police stumbles upon something their hard-on for eradicating anything they don't understand or like, it will be questioned, and if you're not there to make your stand, it'll be deleted).

One reason I've stopped caring about editing Wikipedia. Half the stuff I add isn't easy to prove notability.

Sad thing is, it's not like Wikipedia is somehow worse including a reference to Cirno in the 9 article. If anything, it helps someone trying to find information about it. But those autistics just can't have it.
