As far as servants go Ran and Sakuya are both very high tier.

But seeing as Remilia doesn't need to discipline Sakuya through beatings I might just say Sakuya.

Ran might be the more powerful and more intelligent one, but when we're talking dedicated servants in touch with their masters Sakuya might just have the upper hand.

At the SDM, Sakuya acts as more of a manager, telling the hundreds of fairy-maids that work there what to do.

When it actually comes to doing ALL the work, Ran is the one that handles the household. She can't even rely on Chen to do anything for her.

Ran also has her tails, which can be used to scrub the floor.
