I wanted to add that the only Drama CD I was actually waiting for was だんだん組 new release. Their stuff pre-Reitaisai7 was decent/bad but their Reitaisai 7 release was pretty awesome in it's use of music and sound-effects, plus the voice acting was excellent for a circle consisting of amateurs.

I don't think their new release will be uploaded anytime soon though. Pic related it's the cover.

I only own and operate a website on a vps, and that has limited bandwidth (not completely saturated but I imagine that a public ftp would rape it rather quickly), otherwise I'd help you out. I mean, I already am hosting a lot of touhou h but whatever. I think that dedicated ftp options are a bit pricey so you might want to look into getting a seedbox since those tend to have unlimited bandwidth and you might be able to get 30GB of storage for less than 20 USD. Or if you wanted to go with a vps solution like I did you'd have limited bandiwidth, like a slight less than a terrabyte a month, but it'd also run you about the same with more storage. The advantage of that is that prices tend to be negotiable with hosting companies when you need custom solutions.
