Pick up a pen, get a blank piece of paper and try to draw from life. Do this until you can produce more than scribbles then come back.

If you can, start off drawing stick figures and fleshing them out... I think there's something out there about being able to draw bodies with just circles and cylinders... and the occasional irregular shape.
