sounds a bit rude, though you are clearly a student so I guess it doesn't really matter.

I'm not claiming any superior Japanese knowledge here, I'm really still quite inexperienced in its use, but my understanding is that 今どこでいますか doesn't make much sense, and the particle should probably be に. I am very much willing to be set straight on this point.
