So now that it's translated, has anyone tried running a campaign? I've got a scenario planned out but I'm still kind of fuzzy on some of the rules, especially character creation. Combat looks fun though.

So let me see if I have this right: you can select any number of general skills you want, just like in GURPS for example except that you don't have to numerically balance perks with drawbacks (or whatever they are called). So nothing is stopping you from taking, say, all the dice + skills save for GM approval?

See, this is the clever part of the system. Read how combat works; in order to build up tension to use spellcards, you need to roll as close to the target number as possible. So yeah you can have astronomical attack bonuses so that you always hit, but you'll never get to use a spellcard.

Okay, thanks I think I'm starting to see. So in the end balance is better than specialization. That's...hard for me to come to terms with coming from other RPGs like D&D.

Doesn't that leave open the possibility of people just ignoring their spell cards then? Because in the end, it seems like some might choose hitting every time with certainty rather than trying to build up to something else.

Also, there's a lot of grammatical errors and generally odd wording that really needs clearing up in this. Its giving me a headache to read through. I decided to push that aside though and give it at least a one shot try if I can actually get three or more other people interested. It sounds like it'd be even harder to collect people for than Maid but a bit easier than say, STALKER.

I think you can just do away with spell cards entirely for your character and focus solely on normal attacks. You would just be like a normal fairy enemy in the games: all you could do is shoot and tank hits until you die.
