On normal difficulty:

SA > UFO > EoSD >>> PCB > MoF > IN

Haven't played enough 12.8 yet but I'd probably put it between UFO and SA at the moment.

It depends on what characters you use. I skipped the Phantasmagoria games because lol random. It's hard to place the pre windows games. SoEW have a fucking hard extra stage.

MoF would be a stronger entry in the franchise if the bombs were either specialized or just half as powerful, it is the strongest entry in music and atmosphere (it really feels like autumn) though.
The scoring systems is pretty good as well.

I generally disagree with everybody in these threads since nobody plays anything other than Easy/Normal, but I have finally run into somebody I can mostly agree with.

From personal experience :
- Beginner: UFO = SA = PCB > EoSD > MoF = IN
- Several months later: UFO = EoSD > MoF = GFW >= IN > SA >= PCB
SA and PCB seem to get progressively easier, IN and MoF are obnoxious without bombs, and UFO and EoSD remains the same.
