endings change depending on the graph that shows the heroine's position, and whether or not you accept or refuse their confession.
You should be able to draw your own method from this, just slightly neglecrt her if you want her to maintain the level she's currently at, or shower her with attention if you want to raise her. Playing on emulator with quickload also helps.

The appeal of the game is the characters themselves, there's little to no "route" to talk about. If you like her, play her.
Haruka is funny because of her random hijinks, and Ayatsuji is fine if you like the "girl who puts up a facade for everyone, but she's herself only with the main character" archetype.
Rihoko is kinda boring, Sae is squealing moeblob shit. Haven't played the secret character so can't comment on that.
