Shkanon and Jessica are working together. Not sure who exactly is in charge, it could be either. If one were to take the Natsuhi is pure and chaste red literally then it would be a confession that Jessica isn't Natsuhi's child. Meaning there's a lot more to Jessica than meets the eye. One could also theorize that Jessica helps maintain the illusion that Shannon and Kanon are two different people by occasionally dressing up as one (off-screen. Not scenes we see directly. Just a device to explain why people haven't figured it out yet). Although I'm pretty sure all the servants (sans Gohda) know about it and is keeping it a secret for whatever reason. In EP1 Jessica is with Kanon who supposedly fakes his death. In EP2 Beatrice doesn't say "corpse of" Jessica in red when she's confirming everybody in the room. Not sure if Jessica has any suspicious behavior in EP3 but in EP4 she does. Genji is loyal to them and sees them as the new masters of the island. A willing accomplice that will even give up his own life for their cause.

The culprit is Kyrie, fuck you.

ShKanon is the one drawing the magical symbols and sending the letters. In EP3 she dies in the first twilight by mistake. Eva and Hideyoshi are doing their own things in EP3 which makes the water murky. The episode tries to fool you into thinking Jessica is innocent.

take your crap to where all other umineko theories are kept, so then we can at least contain the retarded sectors of /jp/ in small areas

Not necessarily just Eva and Hideyoshi. The other pieces take control of the game board. EP3 is the EP where the culprit screws up and loses control of the situation.

Similar to Higurashi where Takano failed in Watanagashi and Meakashi.
