I thought the Hakurei Shrine was only a passage.
Not all shrines are dedicated to gods or monsters.
Some are there to hold back evil and seal away bad omens and such.
So the Hakurei Shrine is more like a seal, dividing our world from the Youkais of Gensokyo.

The Hakurei Shrine serves as a gateway through the border, but it does have a god dedicated to it. Reimu just hasn't met it/it hasn't had a reason to show up. It could end up being a Higurashi-type thing where the first Hakurei (not this Reimu) is the shrine's god, and the current Reimu is just one in a long line of mikos dedicated to serve it.

I would say Yukari's the god of the shrine, but she doesn't actually do anything and is clearly a youkai. She might very well know who the god is, and may have been somewhat responsible in helping the first Hakurei ascend into godhood.

No. I mentioned that they only get made during raids, and the last one left off dangling with a Kogasa route. Since we haven't been the victim of a raid in some time, I haven't done anything. That and I just returned from Japan so I'm trying to get settled. Even if I wanted to make one, I'd be too tired to do any of the work. Nobody acknowledges that I actually went out of my way to reverse "Aya is a slut," though.
