Well Cao Cao is in it of course, and she does have a few scenes, a couple with h and all of course. But there's no story dedicated to her like there is in Shin. The original Koihime pretty much follows a one-track story that's mainly 'Shu fucking cleans house' and other army people join up over time pretty much creating an omni-harem. Cao Cao doesn't join up until like, the last 15% of the game.

Hakuto ends up being picked by Gi, shit happens and he ends up as a vassal under CaoCao. At the beginning he's useless, something the other subordinates never fail to remind him, especially CaoCao, so he works hard training as a soldier and becoming some kind of police officer in the capital. He actually becomes very good at that, gains even a reputation and the appreciation of most citiziens, you also see him often wasting his free time in a borthel having fun pimping with girls. CaoCao is hard femdom, as in shlicking with other female officers, making them lick her feet, etc., and tries to make a move on Hakuto, impressed by how he managed to become so good in so little time, but he's obviously intimidated by her so plays dump and avoids her like the plague, considering he saw what she does to others officers and he wants out of that. She starts to push more and more, showing her dere side and getting irritated by his "escapedes" in the borthel, eventually both her and Hakuto finally have sex, and things seems to go for the best. Then the war campaing ends, CaoCao obviously got hit on the head too hard because she just decides to give back both their territories and their autonomy back to their leaders on the promise of remaining in good relationships ( I can sense the thousands of fallen soldiers rolling in their graves ), so everything is happy ever after ? Of course not, Hakuto proceed to disappear because blah blah he wasn't supposed to be here blah blah and the route ends with a sad CaoCao going on with her duty. Good route overall, except for the lolwat ending and epilogue.

Also it's been a while but I don't remember that stuff about brothels at all. I guess that's on the main route and not the Karin interval selection events. Even then, it sounds out of place to me. Are you positive that's what happens?
