EP6 was disappointing. It was overall entertaining, but EP5 was oh so much better.

What I disliked about EP6:
- Lack of Lambda and Bern
- Lack of Dlanor and her raep faces. But Dlanor with her glasses standing against a pillar at the wedding ceremony... GOD I NEED TO SEE THAT ANIMATED.
- Thought Battler would've changed 'cause he turned into the game master. But he was as derp as always.
- Ending fight wasn't that epic. I did like Beato saying ''Kanon isn't in the guest room'' in red. That was totally unexpected. I wonder how he escaped though... It's supposed to be THE paafekuto closed room.
- The ???? wasn't anything special. The ending wasn't great either. I mean, it was cool and all, but it was nothing compared to EP4 and EP5's ending.
- WHAT'S. WITH. ALL. THE. LOVE. SUBPLOTS. God, they were uninteresting and boring. They didn't have ANYTHING to do with the actual plot. They're like the magic battle from EP3, but that was actually entertaining. The love trials and the stupid conversations with the demons were tedious and long-winded. They weren't entertaining at all. Had the urge to use the CTRL button.
- Ange was fucking annoying. She just popped up in every crucial scene saying ''JEEZ FEATHERINE, I NO GET DIS. EXPLAIN TO MEH.'' And then Featherine'd be like ''I WON'T TELL Y ANYTHING! READ MOAR!''
Their convos were boring too. Used to CTRL through em. Ange always gave a tl;dr at the end anyway.

Overall a disappointing EP. There weren't any answers given either. Well, some clues like Amakusa actually hated Ange and that Okonogi got a weapon for him to protect her from Kasumi, or something. So I guess Amakusa killed Kasumi and her men on Rokkenjima.
Stupid Amakusa. He's deceiving my Ange.

7/10. EP5 got a 9/10, so I guess I have to lower my rating on VNDB to an 8...

Without LOVE it cant be seen...but then again, how many people are actually trying to solve it nowadays.

I think it was far the most boring episode with awful pacing, no points which I'd consider it made worth reading, and I hated how half the episode is about ONE debate, especially how I didn't even care about that case.
I rated it 52 on erogamescape. Utterly underwhelming.

I loved it. My favorite was the scene where Erika goes to check on Battler's guest room. The whole bit with the tape in place, turning on the light, etc. Fucking awesome shit. It was also awesome to see Battler and Beato get back together at the end after Battler was such a faggot to moe-Beato.

depends how much you can read in a day i guess, episode 1 starts off slow since it tells the story and the characters so the good part doesn't start till like 4 hours in, after that you love episode 1 though so you prolly keep going
rest of the episodes got some good and bad moments so i'll give you 2 weeks or so to finish 1-4
this novel is quite long so don't expect to do it in one sitthrough

They arguably have had as much presence as they did in the previous game.

But I don't really see why this would be a problem cause they really don't do too much interesting. Though I guess I don't like them enough to care.

Furthermore. Thinking on it, Episode 7's composition did feel really awful with all the random Featherine/Ange scenes.

My main problem with Ep7 is that it just doesn't add much to what we already know.

Battler loves Beato - we know this as per all of Ep5. Yet despite that, I didn't dislike these moments.

Hmm. I really liked EP6. Erika vs Maria, Jessica vs Kyrie, Battler's just as Keikaku, the last duel, it was all fun.

The only thing I hate about EP6 is all the resulting rampant Shkanonfag circle jerks.

Episode 6 was definitely the weakest so far. There were some enjoyable parts, but I feel he could have made Battler's turn as GM much more exciting.

5 wasn't bad, Erika had much better scenes in it. 4 was great, ignoring the fact that half of it was Ange. 3 was the best, if you ask me. 2 and 1 are about equal in my opinion, both good. I haven't read them in a while though, so it's hard for em to say.

I actually liked the Love Trials, they were the best thin I've ever read in awhile. Even if they did essentially spell out SHKANON in big letters, they were still entertaining.

Also the ending of the main story was very good, i did like the duel between Battler/Beato and Erika

also the Wedding crash scene was godlike

You know, I think this is the main problem with the answer episodes.

Everyone expected Battler to evolve as a character without Beatrice, as they're pretty much foils for each other.

Now that Beatrice is gone and Battler is still derping about like a retard, it's like he's only half a character.
