Al Pacino is the Umineko culprit.

What the fuck happened when I was away from /jp/ all day? I get the general gist of it, but it smells faintly of faggotry.

Today I learned that Al Pacino and Robert De Niro aren't the same person.

Spambot went berserk on 4chan reposting older posts in random threads or making its own. Slower boards were completely filled with nothing but spam (look at /trv). It demanded a name and then posted "lol Cornelia," so that stuck. The anime screencappers were scared off by it and /jp/ not only adopted it, but modified the script to be harmless and docile.

All in all, it was quite exciting.

It's "Post Mortem". And she had a name while she was very alive.

pre mortum actually. We were trying to figure out a name for her and she replied with "lol Cornelia"

>> No.5803937

>>5803896
No. One of its early posts was "I need a fucking name /jp/" (from someone asking the source of something) followed by "lol Cornelia." It also latched onto some troll thread about Al Pacino and was spamming him for awhile too.

But what intention?

>> No.5803953

>>5803896
1. Someone notices that these random posts can be pretty cute sometimes, and makes a thread suggesting us to adopt her.
2. The bot posts in that thread saying something along the lines of "a fucking name would be nice, /jp/".
3. While we're discussing a name for her, she comes up with "lol Cornelia" in a random post.
4. People start calling her by that name, as she herself requested it.

I could find the thread for you on the archive, but it's too much of a bother.

Reminded me of that time Cornelia went "MUGEN SUCKS SHIT" or something like that.
She's the true essence of /jp/, indeed.
