I mean, seriously all it is is another typical comment/joke about rape.
It's just another image that was either taken from some porn manga or shopped onto the speech bubbles.
There's no colour on it, just an upper torso done in the usual black and white manga style and memory associates it with so many things like titty monster and all those threads were they take moments in manga out of context...

Even if it's reposted, why does that necessitate that I remember it?
It seems reasonable too me that one wouldn't happen to recall it.
