Alright, so, Beatrice calls Battler a sinner, and yet, if episode 6 is to be believed, she lied to her fiance, best friend, Battler, and everyone else she knew, and, even worse than that, killed them.

Sometimes, she even went so far as to frame perfectly innocent people for murder so she could get away with her evil scheme.

Hell, in the future, which may be the ONLY future, Eva died a bitter old woman framed for crimes she did not commit, and Ange's life sucked massively.

EP6 takes about hell's and love going rotten, the way i see it, battler once told shannon he loved golden haired western styled women and shannon did all she could to become that during the 6 years he was away after he had made his promise to her, the love went rotten and she became driven to make battler notice her, through the use of the epitaph.

As for the explosion in EP2 i think it is - its established the kitchen has gas ovens, the servents also like to mke sure all the windows are completely - the smell is often covered over with kinzos burning corpse, coudl the gas hit the boiler room on the second day? im also sure gas causes slight hallucinations too - feel free to pick this one apart.
