I've being visiting 2ch lately. Holy shit they're horrible. It's full with normalfags, the worse kind there is, like /r9k/. It's like facebook with anonymity.
Liking moe or 2D girls is considered a horrible thing in their eyes. I don't know why it's considered part of the otaku culture.

Which of the dozens of 2ch boards did you visit? Because I'm assuming the userbase varies a lot between them. I really doubt the galge board looks down on 2D girls, for example.
