I just finished Umineko anime, but they don't reveal anything.

Can you guys tell me who is the culprit? I'm dying to know i can't wait for a season 2 in 3-4 years.

Rudolf is the culprit.
He's the only one to know that people were going to die before any murder took place, and he was eliminated early in pretty much ever Episode so that no one would suspect him working behind the scenes.

Plus, he's the only direct family member who we have no background on, and since R07 suddenly wants to bring Knox and Van Dine into things, he's one of the few people who might actually bring about a satisfying conclusion.
