I recently got more into cooking my noodles because I don't have anything else to eat when I want to satisfy my hunger. I used to microwave to cook my noodles but when tried stove top. I must say that it just doesn't compare.

I tend to like my noodles soft so I can take it easy and not worry too much about the time. I add quite a bit of sriracha sause cause I like it hot. I add one egg to the broth and mix it in so it gives it more body and then drop another so it's poached.

When I do have the ingredients I like to add some fish flavored tofu and what ever greens that I find would taste good with the whole thing.
