Just find a niconico flv download script for greasemonkey if you're using firefox.

to download a video from nico nico (hint: write a script to do this bullshit):

1) Go to http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/{VIDEO ID}. This will set a session cookie. Make sure you/your browser saves it
2) Download the shit at http://www.nicovideo.jp/api/getflv?v={VIDEO ID}, making sure wget or your web browser has that session cookie. The downloaded data will have a url= field. It's percent-encoded, so decode the thing and you'll get a usable URL. The following pipe of sed calls will take the downloaded crap and give you a usable URL:

sed "s/^.*url=//" | sed "s/&.*$//" | sed "s/%3A/:/g" | sed "s/%2F/\//g" | sed "s/%3F/?/" | sed "s/%3D/=/"

3) Download the FLV at the URL you just decoded. Again, make sure you have the session cookie set before.
