Funny but I just finished Swan Song after reading a thread about it here, honestly I have trouble getting into 11eyes because Swan Song was so fucking awesome that everything feel mediocre in comparison.

Yeah, its quite short. Around 20-25 hours the first time, then some more to see the 2nd ending. I played through it 3 times and got 100% CG at 30 hours of play. With text skip for the 2nd and 3rd playthroughs.
