I like the theory that Shannon wasn't dead when they found her in the storehouse (or didn't find her). Wrong place, wrong time. Implicates Nanjo and Hideyoshi, of course.

I also like the theory that Kanon was killed prior to Umineko but his death had to be covered up to avoid attracting the police, which would draw attention to Kinzo who was dead a long time before the plot began. Implicates Jessica's parents and Nanjo, but not necessarily any of the servants besides Genji.

Shannon and Kanon being connected to Beatrice somehow is the only way I can see getting around Dine's #11.
