It's basically an RPG where you will die a lot unless you savescum. You can have pet little girls though and /jp/ used to play it all the time. I'm shitty at explaining this, just download it and you'll probably like it.

Of course you haven't money to ID your stuff in the early part of the game, just pick up the most valuable items, and keep em in the inventory, some of them they'll reveal their blessings or their malicious aura in automatic.
Throw away or sell the cursed ones. wear the blessed ones, waiting the full ID
