Ive only owned the white myself so I can't compare but I've been told the black has more intense ridges while the white is much softer

the white already feels very intense for me so I imagine I wouldn't like the black one as much

Don't get the soft. I've tried different types of all three and soft is crap. You know how they depict the soft as the white little loli? The actual feel is nothing like that. The hole is always going to be smaller than the diameter of your dick so the hardness determines how tight it is. A hard tenga therefore feels like you're fucking a virgin/loli where as a soft feels like you're doing some loose whore.
