I'm actually playing MGS 1 now. I've played the German version back then, but my playstation broke shorty after I beat Psycho Mantis.
The Japanese voice acting cast is fucking awesome, especially DeepThroat/CyborgNinja.

Loving the game so far (I just beat Sniper Wolf), I hope they've got the Japanese PC version of MGS2 on Perfect Dark.

I was also considering getting a PS3. MGS4 would definitely be one of the games I'd buy. Too bad I'll probably never get to play the third part.
