Don't worry, it's more an RPG than a real sport game. It's a lot like Blitzball from FFX, only with awesome amount of Touhou and super move animations.

I tried to run it in full screen and it glitched out before shutting down completely. Couldn't restart the system and had to take it back for repairing. Turns out that electronic components were damaged by a dried liquid residue, but nevertheless, it happened when playing Touhou Soccer!
