Go to college. Get an education. Get a job. Pretend to be a NEET on /jp/ like 75% of the userbase.

Then you deserve to be toyed around by your parents because you lack free will. Enjoy your college life.

Wait... are you aiming at becoming a failure?

You want to flip burgers at 50? Do you? Get off your fat ass and do something with your life, faggot.

"Doing something with your life" is such a normalfag notion. Why can't sitting in your home all day enjoying otaku culture be doing something with your life?

Go to technical college.

Get an education, get higher education, apply for one of the higher positions at some firm, higher other people to do your job.

Work from home, and check your emails reguarly and review some papers a few times a week at the start of the day.

What is the real value in staying alive longer if you are giving up two thirds of your life to enjoy the final third? As opposed to if you just enjoy your life in full no matter how many years it is.

If you live to 80 with job but have to waste 8 hours a day or even more, then it is comparable to live to 50 with all hours of the day expect sleep for you

most of /jp/ is still either in education, or has understanding parents that actually support them while they leech. The walfare NEETs are few and far between.
They're basically just deluding themselves into thinking they won't have to get outside to earn money ever. Sooner or later they'll collapse.

Most of the real /jp/ either have some sort of employment, are involved in higher education, or have figured out a way to niche themselves into survival and general uselessness.

And you think this real life is something forced to accept when it is not. Like I say, why do you give up half your life but live longer and pretend the life is better? It is just as if you never give up half, never live longer

Because at your deathbed, for a single moment, you will regret not having done anything productive for a day in your life.

And at that moment you shall know torment.

This is something you make up to defend your lifestyle and attack lifestyle of other. Even if the single moment is existing, then it is a single moment. You are believing in hell now for your argument maybe...? It is absurd

So you say, but how many are suffering tedious life since society force them to "make something"? And what is meant by make something... only a select few can stand above the others and have an enjoyable life, but is that life enjoyable for them truly? They sacrifice many many years and hours to achieve what looks like enjoyable, but how many time do they have to enjoy?

Why do you think I am making this up?

>to defend your lifestyle and attack lifestyle of other.
You imply I am actually the one projecting his lifestyle over everyone else instead of you?

>hell
What "hell"? Did we suddenly jump to religious bullshit? What happened to "inner turmoil"?

>It is absurd
Lacking basic reading comptrehension doesn't equal absurdity in context.

I think you took my reply way too seriously and got overly butthurt. Chill out, broham.

Making something of life is fallacious. It comes from the idea of bettering society. But the society exists for no reason, even if it won't admit. The life exists for no reason. So what you are doing is furthering the fight of no reason. Your life has same value whether you do this or you do not. Having the enjoyable life is the only goal you should have... not the goal the society who exists for nothing will look upon and smile. So if you are enjoying your work and your work gives money to make your free time very enjoyed, then maybe you have truly succeeded. But if you are not enjoying the work no matter how highly looked the work is...

Death is not something you have experienced, why do you think this moment will exist? You miss the main point. It is only a moment. It is a second on the deathbed. You think this moment will matter, because you think this moment will matter I think that somehow you think this moment will be more than a moment. That is where the hell comes from. Either way your argument is silly..

"Reason" exists because the human race invented it. To deny it would mean you're an inferior species.

>> No.5606228

>>5606165
You are the one missing the main point. Realizing you have made a mistake and you cannot make up for it on your last moments equals a shitty death.

>> No.5606270

>>5605960
Do what you want with your life. I know many people that have supported themselves without a college education. It's harder nowadays, but do what you want. Just don't leech of your parents forever, it will be hard for them and when they croak you won't have a lot of options.

I know that everyone is bashing normalfag reasons for going to college, but look at this way... you want to feed your obsessions and hobbies right? You want to be able to have your computer fix when it gets trashed, or buy that new pillowcase with your favorite character on it right?

You have to make money to feed those things, but if you don't want to that's fine too. Your quality of life may decrease though.

I think that's not the only OP problem. Acutally, bloging on /jp/ is a problem itself.

>> No.5606333

Well, I wanted to get into college but failed, so fuck you OP.
But hey, 4 years as a NEET isn't much worse than 3 years as a NEET.
As for regretting not doing something productive at your deathbed... it's utter bullshit.
You're more likely to regret spending the time you wasted on a shitty job.
If you can live more or less comfortably without having a job, I say go for it.
There are reasons to work, like supporting yourself if you have to, or supporting the ones you love, but "being a productive member of society" isn't one of them.
