Trying to "force" her to appear in your dreams is not going to work very well. It needs to be in a part of your subconscious mind to appear in a dream.

I probably shouldn't say this, but I had a very nice dream where I was playing some co-op danmaku game on a DS with Patchouli, and after we beat a hard level together, I looked over at me and she gave be a big, giddy grin and told me that it was fun playing with me.

I didn't do jack shit to make this happen, and damned if I know how to repeat it. ;_;

I literally spend hours and hours a day on Patchy, looking at images of her, and listening to her theme over and over again, but god dammit I cannot get a dream with her in it for the life of me. In fact, the only Touhou related dreams I've had are about Touhous that I don't even think of on a daily basis. I remember going on a grand adventure to save Yuyuko in one of my dreams before, and she hugged me at the end of it, I woke up after that.

Heck, I even day dream of Patchy when I'm not on the computer or anything.

My dream was really heartwarming and when I woke up I started to fucking cry, seriously, it's the worst sensation of all to wake up from a good dream and face reality once again. Anyways, not my blog.

Does this lucid dream techniques really work? I tried once and nothing happened, maybe I did wrong.

regarding the lucid dreaming stuff, I don't like messing with that because I'm terrified of sleep paralysis. If you've never experienced it, trust me- you do not want to. You are awake, and in your bed, and you get the feeling that there is something FUCKING TERRIFYING, some unspeakable lovecraftian horror right the fuck next to you whispering in your ear, yet you cannot move a muscle, scream, look around, nothing. Coming out of that is terrible, and I've had it happen before. Do not want.

I'll let my lucid dreams come naturally, thank you very much.

Humorously, though, one time I was lucid dreaming and not doing shit, and my friend appeared in a speech bubble and said "HEY! You're lucid dreaming, jackass! Go fly around in the sky or something you idiot!" so I did.

Lucid dreaming is best when you don't force it. You never get what you want when you force it.

I had a nice dream one time. I had been living in Gensokyo for at least 1-2 years now in a modest sized house near the Hakurei Shrine and was on good terms with Reimu (as long as I donated). One day I challenged Reimu to a game of Danmaku and said that if I won she has to marry me. She accepted out of boredom seeing as there were no incidents going on. I ended up losing but she decided to marry me anyway.

It was pretty nice.
