Beds, the mansion is big enough to have spare rooms. Then again neither of them might not even need to sleep at all.

I'd assume that Patchy has a recliner chair or couch that she just kind of eases into and falls asleep in at completely random times of the day.

Koakuma, if it isn't in Hell/Makai then I have no idea. As Patchy's servant I don't think she has reason to leave the library since Patchy is always in there, and so I don't think she has her own room in the mansion.

So it's likely she just gets de-summoned or something when she's not at work. Anything beyond that is impossible to guess since there is very very little known about her, even for a Touhou.
