Hey guys! I know it's kind of failish to ask it here, but since I wanted to post my ip/port for touhou here, it's related I hope. So I have several computers connected via router. How do I know actual (outside) IP address for a certain computer? Posting IP of router wont do I guess as well as local IP for computers (liek 192.168.2.20, lulz). What to do, anon?

* Get your IP. Go to WhatIsMyIP.com. WhatIsMyIP? also has a handy tool you can put on your Google frontpage.
* Give someone your IP, typically in x.x.x.x:port format (1.1.1.1:10800 for example). This is to allow the SWR copy/paste connect option (The 5th choice in Vs Network) to work.
* Enjoy. If it isn't working, you've done something wrong.

Whoa whoa whoa now, Tangent; I love you and all, but every time I post an oak isn't like a sign that I'm up for playing somebody or being bitched at to host or something, I'm just posting it because it's become a tradition. I mean, even if I don't post those, the fact that I'm lurking is pretty much a no-brainer.
That said, I was in the middle of a JRPG when it struck me that I hadn't oak'd so while I'm happy to EFZ you I'm not quite as happy when it's interrupting my precious JRPG time, so maybe I'll be less in a rush later. Hey look, Saje is in here, go play Saje.

Still though, gotta throw out some obligatory jam comments and some barrel super rage; if screenshots had ever worked on EFZ I would have one of me finishing the round with my barrel super while your FM was going off in the background, but eh, what can you do. Same super whiffing when it CLEARLY shouldn't have put me in some weird state of shock too, so much so that I couldn't even bring myself to push buttons. I almost mad.

Stop winning with less than 1/6 of your health left! ;_; Not the best way to come back to Soku after a long break, but entertaining all the same. Gotta stop trying to graze out of every one of your strings... Ate a lot of mix-up because of that bad habit, but it works so nicely against some of the players here. Nice to actually get some practice using BE though. Now if only I could use it effectively. What I'd really like to start using effectively is Sticky Bubble, but it's got such a long wind-up that grazing out of it is just too easy. Maybe I should through in the flame sword alt skill in place of Diamon Hardness, allow for a little more mix-up potential. Nice that the one time I do manage to trap you I'm so close that j.6[C] completely whiffs. That was hilarious. On your end, loved your use of the pot skills. Never get to see someone use those to good effect. Thanks for the games profile3p. T'was great fun.

GGs ^_^, but wow I am playing horrible today. Infact I think that was possibly my worst attempt at Suwako ever. I don't even know why I'm wasting my 4th of July by playing soku anyway. Even my Yukari was notably worse than usual in that I was barely even doing anything other than "hurrr projectiles and j.5a and parasols". Fucking day-to-day variable play levels, how do they work?

Well, if I ever need proof this game hates me for no particular reason and wants to make sure at least half of the moves I use whiff, I have it now. Playing as Suika was especially rage inducing because nothing I did actually hit. The fact that the game was stuttering for me every few seconds, making the connection really jittery and screwing up my inputs does not help.

Also I wish the people who were actually decent at this game wouldn't change their profile names after every single game so I could actually know who I was fighting half of the time.

Ugh I am not having a good day.

But uh, ggs I guess. I'd probably like to fight you again sometime without a jumpy connection and when I'm not raging.

You can escape a blockstring by holding a direction button, and double tapping 'a'. your character will move in a opposite direction.
In blue sky, you can chain special attacks into other special attacks.
In scorching sun, try to stay on ground, or you'll take damage.
Meiling has very good 5cost spellcard. Get some. and don't depend on dragon kick or overhead kick, they are both pathetically easy to dodge or block, and they leave you open for counterattack.
I don't know much about reisen, but get that delayed eyelazer out. It was good before, now it's terrible.
And, like in every single fighting game, concentrate on not taking damage. Hitting someone is a secondary objective.

Working on improving your Sakuya and Yukari, I see. If you're gonna tech in one place repeatedly, you've gotta be wary of Tenshi's j.2A; it may seem silly, but it's essentially a 50/50 guess as to whether or not you'll take damage (it can actually get really damaging in Diamond Dust).

I liked how you started to adapt and use Sakuya 3A for my jumping.

Chickenblocking is really strong in this game (except against maybe Okuu). You can jump out of pressure on reaction to a slight gap, and still be safe and able to block a lot of the time. It's up to your opponent to anticipate the jump in order to stuff it (unless they're Okuu, in which case they can just 3A on reaction). I do it more by feeling than anything else, though, so I don't know what else to say.

FUCK YEAH, FROZEN FISH DECKS! That was pretty fun seeing one of those still around. Quite fitting to have Cirno slip around on the ice in that last random's match (although I am a bit pissed I jumped right into those turrets that round, too). Good games. Playing random only is pretty refreshing once in a while, but most of my characters only have one deck set up. Playing with default cards only is pretty frustrating.

I have set replays to save automatically. I used Fraps to record it and Jasc Animation Shop 3 to edit and save as gif. It's an old, shitty program but it does the job.

The move is Tenshi's alt 623, Sword of Scarlet Perception. It can be repeated indefinitely by tapping B/C fast enough after the initial input.

GGs, figured I better get some dinner. Sad to see that my Aya isn't much better than characters I've barely used. I don't mind Suwako, but Remilia is a huge pain to play.

Reimu-Iku game was pretty funny from my perspective, using frozen frog to completely avoid your 5card, and then actually landing a fantasy heaven.
