Not seeing the problem. Parfait is the name, the rest is a subtitle. chocolat second brew is there to show that it's a sequel to Chocolat, and Re-order denotes that it's a new edition (it wasn't part of the title of the first release). I can't really see how Chocolat's title is overly long either.
