If Frandre is as weak to light/running water as her sister is, she wouldn't stand a chance against Yukari. For all we know Remilia could be the most powerful youkai, but let's face it, her weakness makes it possible for a crippled human with a UV lamp to defeat her. But then again she might stand a chance against Yukari since Yukari tends to lower her hax in order to make battles more fair:

Having the ability to manipulate physical borders as well as metaphysical borders is something that raw destructive power can't hope to compete against. The most I can think of is that she'll just turn it against itself, but I'm sure a millennia-old genius can think of more clever methods.
