Addendum, I THINK that's the torrent I have. The im@s lossless collection, it contains .cue files I thought to try running through WMP, Daemon tools, and even uh ... VLC ...

That torrent I posted may or may not be what I downloaded, same title, looks like a collection of pictures? It's not even the same torrent size.
