I'm still surprised at how quickly that's gone compared to Idolm@ster and Love Plus. They'll probably finish the 3rd one by the time the rest get done.

Oh, and play Princess Debut or Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. That's probably the best you can get at the moment.

There's a few more being translated with somewhat slow progress.
From what I remember reading, it's really not profitable to license otome games sadly, and otome game fantranslators are girls, so I'd imagine their attention shifts too much too frequently.
