there's no doubt that nexon is fucknig gargbage, but they fixed all their problems they initially had with DFO. fixed the EXP requirements, added guilds, and are (slowly) coming out with content updates. it's out of beta now, so it's mostly just waiting for specific class patches and raising the levelcap.

The playstyle can only grant it so much. The other sad part is that Sky Tower is the only really nice, inspired place to play in until well into level 40. The music goes from bleh, to AWESOME, then back to bleh with a vengeance.

Draconian Tower is the best piece of music in the entire game.

All the stats system in RO got a huge overhaul.

It's now impossible to achieve instant cast.

And INT,DEX,LUK now add only an average amount of MATK.

It now A LOT easier to level up the characters.

But you have to change leveling spots because weaker monsters will give 0 EXP depending on your level.

Example: A level 20 monster won't give EXP to a level 50 character.

I am so glad renewal is changing up the system so that weapon attack power and effects on a weapon actually mean something now.
Attack power has a much greater effect than before and size/race/element damage modifier weapon cards got nerfed into the stratosphere.

The most powerful weapon someone can use should absolutely not be a level 1 weapon, I don't care what you do to enhance it.
