As I've understood it, they are usually portrayed as haven gotten to now each other post SWR. In the game, Iku knows who Tenshi is, but not vice-versa. I guess fans would think that Iku would find it convenient to stick around Tenshi some time post SWR to make sure she didn't cause any more trouble, which makes at least some sense since the other celestials didn't seem to care to stop her. During such a scenario they'd have time to get to know each other. I've always thought they were a pretty interesting match-up, even if it's more fanon than canon that they'd want anything to do with each other.

Tenshi is a spoiled child who only got into heaven because of her family name. She has no friends because all the other celestials don't like her do to her, get into heaven for free card, and cause she acts like she's the shit who is entitled to everything. Hell Iku only sought her out because the other Hinanai were not available, leaving Tenshi as the last resort, and a very poor one as Iku describes her as such in her scenario.
