So how many of you otakus are taking steps to live in japan and succeed?
Ok so, I have a few reasons for wanting to leave NZ.

First; internet. Our internet is worse than Ghana's. It is horrible; it's like only being able to watch 1 episode of something on your TV every day. 20g cap for the standard plan, and a sad 20kb DL if I'm lucky.

Second; Maori. These people are like abos and other dirt. The difference is that we forged some bullshit treaty so they could fuck us, the white people, over. Not only are they trying to claim ownership of our beaches(and are succeeding), but they are trying to claim use of the airwaves, welfare and they consist of 70% of all crime in NZ. They are the reason you cannot walk on the streets at night.

Third; the weather. I really hate cold winters. Runny noses, heavy frosts, cold afternoons. sickness and all the bullshit. Fucking sick of it.

So, I'm teaching myself finance, I'm taking accounting at school and I'm making investing decisions with the $1500 I currently have in my stock trading account, and I'm going to be getting another $12000 from my Dad to invest. I'm going to be taking 60% in gold and 40% in BP if it stays a bit longer at it's current buy opportunity. Finance is the shit guys, cut the crap, your careers will all be about moneys so just do business. Also learning a bit of japanese, but I have a lot of shit on the go right now.

tl;dr I dislike my native country and Japan has faster internets. Why do you guys want to migrate there?

I lived there for several years.

I miss the food. That's pretty much it. Izakayas, good udon, good grocery stores, convenient convenience stores... Yup. Just the food.

I don't miss the racism, or the lack of really good top-tier restaurants in most areas.

But I'd go back if it were convenient.
